It is common sense to realize the superhuman abilities in higher realms of dimensions are divine in nature and must first be understood before one returns to them. Manifesting and consciousness go hand in hand. If there is lower consciousness, there is obviously lower and slower manifesting skills. In other words, in higher dimensional realms consciousness is a necessary tool for manifesting through thought at a much faster rate of time, though time does not exist in higher dimensions. When you dream, you are actually closer to home (God) than when you are in the 3rd dimension. Dreamtime is the 4th dimensional realm and when you dream everything manifests itself faster than when we are awake. Soon, there will come a time when you can actually control your dreams because you will be aware you are dreaming. The less conscious beings will not even understand the process nor shall they accept it. This is because the lower consciousness does not carry with it the synchronized connections between the physical and the spiritual realms. The frequency in which the lightbody oscillates is what determines how many dimensional realms we can access and blend with. If there is someone that does not choose to step outside of the dark box of ignorance, obviously they will stay where they have laid there treasures (in the 3rd dimensional realm.. the material realm) That is just common sense folks.. what would heaven be if all were allowed to access higher realms without understanding the rules and graduating to the point where peace and love exists outside of war and hate. Intolerance does not exist in higher realms. This is why it is called Heaven. Duh!
In these days and times, most have forgotten the process of growing in consciousness. To BE unconditional love is required in the ascension of the spirit. Most agree Hitler would not be a very sociable neighbor in that place some call "heaven" so what makes these same people believe they can hate or be intolerant of another merely based on race or beliefs and get to the same place they strive to get to known as "heaven?" Hypocrits are also what is known as the "luke warm" mentioned in the Bible. Forgiveness and love will always conquer fear and ego!
